For the 18th time, Innebandymagazinet awards the world’s best floorball player together with national team coaches and international media. Emil Johansson, defender in IBF Falun and Sweden’s national team, gets the 2022 award. This is the second time Johansson has won the award.
Why Johansson
Emil Johansson is a complete floorball player, offensively and defensively. As captain of both IBF Falun and the Swedish national team, he takes great responsibility on the pitch and gets a lot of playing time in important matches. He’s also the best when it counts the most, he showed that with two important goals early in the last World Championship final. In 2022, Johansson won Swedish Championship gold, World Games gold and World Championship gold.
