Men’s U19 World Floorball Championships 2023 EUR2 Qualifications will be held in El Escorial, Spain from the 24th to the 28th of January. Estonia, Hungary, Italy, Slovenia and Spain are playing for the two remaning spots at U19 WFC 2023 in Frederikshavn, Denmark.

Our aim is the win all games and qualify to the World Championships in Denmark.

Describe your team, and what should we expect from your team during MU19 WFCQ 2023?
Our team’s goal is to qualify for the World Championships and showcase on the main stage what the players are really capable of. We will play smart, fair and hard until the final whistle.

#1 Bence Borbély who is a very talented young goalie who can be the back bone and vocal leader for the defense.
Who is a leader on and off the field and why?
#12 Levente Diószeghi is a machine who is a two-way defender, strong and fast in every phase of the game. He sets an example with his mentality for everyone on the team.
Most skillful player?
#2 Juvenál Dikácz and #6 Bendegúz Pozsony are equally the most skillful players on the team. Both have great hands, great game IQ and are playmakers for the team.
Which player demonstrates #FairFloorball the best?
#18 Dominik Gábor is a very hard playing defender but is always conscious of everyone around him, opponent or teammate. Always puts everyone before himself.

Once again Italy deploys a young team which fights for more than simple self-improvement.

#9 Tiziano Polisciano, fast and tireless player, can be a pain in the neck for opponent defenders.

#6 Alessandro Barbieri, resilient, fair and self-denying, always leads his mates the way.

#4 Nicola Zimmermann, skilled and versatile, no difficulty will prevent him to come through.

Many players. #1 Matteo Fellet and #99 Massimiliano Negri are particularly known to be fair and righteous.

Describe your team, and what should we expect from your team during MU19 WFCQ 2023?
We don’t have a so-experienced team at the international level like in previous years. Anyway, we aim to win some games in the qualifications and try to qualify for WFC.

#26 Rok Spanger. Because he has a great shot and bring very positive energy to a team.

#23 Nejc Peklaj. The captain of the team has very positive energy. He is a true leader on and off the field.

#34 Anze Brajic. His skills with the ball and moving on the field are superb.

#25 Robert Praprotnik. He is the most fair and humble player on a team.

Describe your team, and what should we expect from your team during MU19 WFCQ 2023?
The Spanish U19 team is made up of a group of talented young players with different skills but they all will be rowing together towards the same goal, get a place for the WFC 2023.

#8 Sergio Martín Cevera. A complete player with good technical skills, and constant fighting attitude.

#70 Pablo Garde Jiménez. He brings calm and order to the team, he is very good at reading the game.

#26 Miguel Roldán González-Román. Good technical skills that provides confidence in defense.

#13 Alejandro García Reñones. Never louder than necessary always trying to do the right thing and follow fair play.
