Indian Floorball Federation organised the 13th Sr. National Floorball Championships at Nasik Maharashtra, between 11th and 13th of January 2019. The event was hosted by the Floorball Association of Maharashtra and organised under the guidance of Dr. Prabhat Kumar IAS, Mr. Atul Gupta, Vice President of AOFC and Mr. Harinder Kumar, President of the Indian Floorball Federation.










The championships were held as the Rajmata Jijau Shield to commemorate the Birth Anniversary of the great Rajamata Jijau. The opening ceremony was graced by Hon. Shri Jagannath Shinde (MLC, Maharashtra & President Floorball Association of Maharashtra), Dr. Pradeep Singh (General Secretary, Indian Floorball Federation and Mr. Ashok Dudhare (Chatrapati Awardee & Member, Maharashtra Olympic Committee).













The event was supervised by Mr. Ravindra Chothave (Secretary, Floorball Association of Maharashtra) and officiated by over 100 officials.
Over 400 players representing 26 Teams from 16 states competed over 3 days to win the coveted shield. The tournament saw a fierce competition amongst the participating teams.
