Starting today, the first tickets for the Men’s World Floorball Championships (WFC) 2022 will be available. The WFC 2022 will be carried out from 5 to 13 November 2022 at the Swiss Life Arena in Zurich-Altstetten and at the AXA Arena in Winterthur, Switzerland. Day tickets are available for the finals weekend as well as for the group match dates of the Swiss national team.
Day tickets for the semi-final matches and the final on the weekend of 12 and 13 November 2022 are now available at www.wfc2022.ch/ticketing. In addition, day tickets can be purchased for the group match days of the Swiss national team on 5th, 6th and j8th November 2022.
Designated Sectors for Fans from Sweden, Finland and the Czech Republic
The semi-finals and final matches will be played at the brand-new Swiss Life Arena. The arena is Switzerland’s newest sports arena and home to the ZSC Lions ice hockey club. In this state-of-the-art hall, special sectors will be reserved for the fans of the Swedish, Finish and Czech national teams. That way, the fans can enthusiastically cheer on their teams and celebrate every goal together. The sectors can be chosen beforehand when purchasing a ticket.
Working Together for Climate Protection and Sustainability with “Cause we care”
The Men’s WFC not only intends to make a statement about sports but also about sustainability. Whilst various measures to reduce CO2 emissions are being implemented in the background with the Green Goal, spectators at the venue will also be able to contribute to environmental protection. When you purchase your ticket, you can make a voluntary donation of CHF 2.00 per ticket to myclimate’s project “Cause we care” to compensate for CO2 emissions. These voluntary contributions will be multiplied by the WFC organising committee at the end of the event. Afterwards, the amount will be invested into WFC adaption to reduce CO2 emissions and in international climate protection projects of myclimate as well.
Tickets for the other match dates of the group phase will be available for purchase after the draw in February 2022. The tickets are valid for all matches of the date and venue selected.
