Since the play-offs in Poland could not take place due to Covid-19, those are replaced by two Final Four events played on 29th and 30th of May. The Women’s Extraleague event takes place in Nowy Targ and Men’s Extraleague event in Zielonka. The semi-final matches are played on Saturday and the final and bronze match on Sunday.

Men’s Extraleague

UKS Bankówka Zielonka won the regular season with 36 points and interestingly also the second team KS Gorący Potok Szarotka Nowy Targ earned 36 points. I LO UKS Floorball Gorzów Wielkopolski took the third place with 34 points and SKS Olimpia Łochów was the last team to continue to the Final Four, finishing fourth. The 8th placed team TKKF Pionier Tychy will be relegated to 1st League.

Women’s Extraleague

The updates from the Women’s Extraleague were published in the end of March when the play-offs were scheduled to begin but were postponed. Also these four teams continue now to the Final Four event.
