Mr. Johan Råsbrink, the IFF Referee Committee chairman, handed in to the IFF, his letter of resignation with immediate effect on Friday the 8th of December 2017, which was based on personal reasons. Mr. Råsbrink was elected to be the chairman of the IFF Referee Committee from the beginning of 2017.

– We would like to thank Johan for his work for the IFF and even though his resignation is a loss for the IFF, since he has very long experience of refereeing, there was no other possibility for him than to resign as he was no longer in position to carry out the task for personal reasons, says Mr. John Liljelund, the IFF Secretary General.

The IFF will in later stage inform the replacement of Mr. Råsbrink’s position in the IFF Referee Committee.
