Estonia

What has changed in women’s floorball in your country since the last WFC in 2019?

Unfortunately almost tho whole period we have been struggling with Covid-19 and the restrictions. Therefore we haven’t had huge increase in women/girls players. The youth players were not able to participate in competitions for the end of season 2019/2020 and the whole season of 2020/2021.

During the 2020/2021 season we were lucky to have looser restritions for the national team players and candidates and therefore we were able to hold training camps for U19 team players. In September 2021 for the first time our WU19 team participated in WFCQ tournament which was held in Estonia.

Describe your team. What should we expect from your team during WFC 2021?

Our team is a team that makes every opponent respect this team. Every viewer to love this team. A team that will fight from the first second to the final whistle.
