IFF Social Media Ambassadors Daniel Guzmán Vicente and Adrián Iñigo Tastet will take over the IFF Instagram account during the upcoming weekend from 19th-20th June. They will cover the Men’s Final Four tournament that determines the national champions in Spain.

Adrián Iñigo Tastet has been playing floorball for more than 15 years. He has been living in Madrid his whole life except in 2020 when he was able to fulfil his dream and play and breath floorball in Sweden. He secured a spot in Pixbo Wallenstam’s Academy Team and experienced new levels in his floorball life. Furthermore, he is one of the few players who were able to play for two different countries: As an U19 player he was lining up for Team Spain and now he is playing for France – accumulating a little bit more than 20 international matches. Recently he has been selected as one of the IFF Social Media Ambassadors.
— I hope I will be a good IFF Social Media Ambassador because I’m actively involved on social media, and I have a lot of international experiences regarding floorball. Also I have a big influence in Spanish floorball and it would be nice to be able to show how floorball works in the “smaller” nations to the rest of the floorball world, Adrián summarizes his motivation to be in this ambassador role.

Daniel Guzmán Vicente is a sports enthusiast with the great passion for floorball. Daniel is a young player with experience of international floorball matches. He has been playing for the Spanish u19 and Men’s Natoinal Team. But it is not only floorball which caught his interest, he is an enrolled student for the studies Physical Activity and Sport Sciences. Furthermore, he supports the National Floorball Organisation in planning and managing several local and national floorball events, including being involved himself as a coach on youth level.
— Being an IFF Social Media ambassador is a great chance above all to make other people to get to know about this fabulous sport. Moreover, I get the opportunity to share my love for floorball drawing on my experience. This sport is still a great unknown for most people in Spain, so therefore this opportunity of being an ambassador is a honour for me and a good chance to increase the culture of floorball in Spain, Daniel comments on his intention with this role.

Men’s final four tournament during the weekend
The regular season just ended for the men’s teams which has been affected by the Covid-19 restrictions (no spectators and masks all the time). Instead of playoff matches – there will be played the Final Four tournament to determine the winners of the various medals. The top four teams after the regular season are: CUF Leganes, Floorball Escorial, CDE Valle and Fenix San Lorenzo.
The games (1st vs 4th and 2nd vs 3rd) will be played in EL Escorial. The bronze and gold medal games will then be followed on this Sunday.
