The flooring specialist Gerflor has become a new partner for Swedish Floorball. The agreement includes several floorings to outdoor courts and is written over two years. Gerflor is also a longtime partner of the International Floorball Federation.

Gerflor is an experienced player in floorball and is behind flooring solutions in several arenas around Sweden. In addition, Gerflor is also a longtime partner of the International Floorball Federation. Through their own brand Taraflex, they ensure that floorball courts are always of the highest quality. For outdoor use they produce the especially designed Sport Court PowerGame + tiles. SportCourt PowerGame + is distributed by Klubbhuset in Sweden.
SportCourt was founded in 1974 in Salt Lake City, USA, and has been part of Gerflor since 2014. Today, the floors are produced in the USA and France and are the best-selling outdoor sport floorings, certified for many different sports. The SportCourt PowerGame + is also recommended by the International Floorball Federation for outdoor floorball.
– We have worked with flooring solutions for floorball for several years and know what is required for players to experience the floor in the best way. A good floor can be absolutely crucial in matches and we know that we must always deliver the best to create as good conditions as possible, says Hans B. Fasmer, Sport Manager Nordic at Gerflor.
The partnership with Svensk Innebandy means, among other things, that Gerflor contributes flooring to several outdoor courts. It fits well with the challenges Swedish Floorball faces – which is about finding new ways forward for floorball, attracting new target groups and breaking barriers.
