The year 2018 in Spain ended with both Women’s and Men’s Cup finals. CDE Valle won the Women’s Cup while Floorball Escorial won the Men’s Cup.

The Women’s Cup finals were played on 15th of December. This year the tournament was played in a new format trying to increase the number of participants and getting more female players. The games were played on small field with 3 players + goalie. There were 9 teams in total and the clubs had done a very special effort in promotion of the event.
The final match  CDE Valle vs CUF Leganes was played in a great atmosphere and finally CDE Valle went on to take the championship.

1 – CDE Valle
2 – CUF Leganes
3 – Floorball Escorial A
4 – CUF Las Rozas

The Men’s competition was played in the standard way with 13 teams involved. Floorball Escorial got the Championship.
The Final was played on the 22nd December and took place in Galapagar, as part of a promotional campaign to introduce floorball in new areas.
Floorball Escorial and CUF Leganes played the final which received positive attention within the sport and political authorities and was also followed by local media having a great impact.
Final result Floorball Escorial 3 – CUF Leganés 0.
