Sveiva won the Women´s Superfinal in Norway and Slevik took the Men´s Championship gold. The Superfinals were played in the Ekeberghallen on Sunday April 17th.

The Latvian national team players Luize Bilinska and Diana Isjomina took Sveiva to an early lead and the score was 3-1 to Sveiva after the first period. Sagene was never capable to threaten Sveiva who could celebrate the Championship gold after a 5-2 victory.

Bilinska & Stræte Players of the Year in Norway
The teams in the Norwegian Leagues have elected the Players of the Year 2015/2016 in Norway.
Luize Bilinska, Sveiva Innebandy
Luize Bilinska, the Latvian national team player, was elected as the Player of the Year for the second consecutive time. She also received the award last season after her first season in the Women´s Elitserien in Norway. This season she collected 61 points (42 + 19) and was the top scorer for the second time in the row.
Thomas Stræte, Slevik IBK
Thomas Stræte, Slevik´s captain, again played a great season and won the Player of the Year award for the fifth time. He has received the award in 07/08, 10/11, 11/12 and 12/13.
This season he collected an impressive amount of points, 108 (42 + 66), which is a new all-time record for the Men´s Elitserien in Norway. A total of 66 assists is also a new record.
