Three of the referee pairs, Heiskanen & Saario (FIN), Gross & Larinovs (LAT) and Fahlberg & Gestrup (SWE), will referee for the first time in a WFC tournament in the upcoming World Championships.

Michael Bartosek´s first season as a referee was in 1996. This is his 12th season as an international referee and he has refereed approximately 100 international matches. He has also played in the highest division in Czech Republic.

Daniel Bartosek´s first season as a referee was in 1998. He has refereed about 90 international matches and this is his 9th season as an international referee. He played in the second division in Czech Republic.

Tuija Heiskanen

Tuija Heiskanen started her referee career in 1995, while she was playing in the Finnish league. She has refereed over 100 league matches in Finland. This is her second season as an international referee, with 13 international matches refereed. Heiskanen played 10 years in the highest league in Finland and won 6 gold medals.

Heli Saario started to referee during the season 1998-1999. She has refereed 90 mathces in Finland. This is her second season as an international referee and she has also refereed 13 international matches. She used to play in the second highest division in Finland.

Martins Gross

Martins Gross started to referee five years ago in Latvia. This is his third season as an international referee and he has refereed 15 international matches. He played floorball in the highest division in Latvia during five seasons.

Martins Larinovs started to referee six years ago. This happened as one referee was missing in the local Championship match and Larinovs was the match secretary. This is how he started to referee in Latvia and he is now in his third year as an international referee. Larinovs played four years in the highest league in Latvia.

Aleksander Bienkowski

Aleksander Bienkowski started as a referee in Poland in 1994 and as an international referee he started in 1998. He has been a national referee for 15 seasons and refereed 23 international matches with his current referee pair Marek Chomnicki. He plays floorball just for fun in a team that consists of other referees.

Ismail Sharil

Ismail Sharil started as a referee in February 2000 refereeing in the highest league in Singapore and has refereed in 25 international matches. He has refereed over 70 national games in the highest league, four seasons in APAC and in the 2009 MU19 Championships. He has played in the WFC 2006 and in the Singaporean elite division as a goalkeeper.

Chi Minh Lim Dennis started to referee in Singapore in 1998 and he has refereed 90 national matches. He has been refereeing in three WFC´s and five APAC´s with 32 international matches refereed. He used to play in the highest division in Singapore and he played for the Singapore National team in 4 WFC´s.

Jennie Fahlberg

Jennie Fahlberg started her referee career in 1997. She has refereed 33 matches in Sweden. This is her second season as an international referee. She has refereed 12 international matches. She has previously played in the Swedish Elitserien.

Caroline Gestrup started also in 1997 with 33 mathces refereed in Sweden. This is her second season as an international referee. She has refereed in 12 international matches. She has played in the second division in Sweden.

Daniel Skoog

Daniel Skoog started as a referee in Sweden in 1998. He has refereed 40 Swedish Elitserien matches and five men´s play-off matches. This is his second season as an international referee. At the international level he has refereed 12 matches and one MU19WFC tournament (2009). He has played in a first division team in Sweden.

Ola Pettersson started to referee in 1997. He has refereed 25 female league matches and 3 female play-off matches. This is his second season as an international referee. He has refereed 12 matches and one MU19 WFC tournament (2009). He played in the first division in Sweden.

Thomas Erhard

Thomas Erhard started to referee in 1991- 1992. At the national level he has refereed 370 mathces and at the international level 140 matches. He has refereed for 11 seasons at the international level. He used to play in the second division on a small field in Switzerland.

Philippe Renz started to referee in 1992-1993. He has refereed 180 matches in his country and 80 matches at the international level. He has refereed for five international seasons. He used to play in the highest league in Switzerland.
