All the matches in the Finnish Men´s Floorball League will be played on the same flooring during the upcoming season.

This is a result of the Finnish Floorball League´s investment in the removable Taraflex floorings, which are familiar from the Official IFF Events.

– The Finnish Floorball League´s floor investment is the most influential single project for building up the Finnish Floorball League brand and image. In addition it also has a very positive effect on the game itself as all the matches are played with the same conditions, concerning the floor, says Jari Kinnunen, the Executive Director of the Finnish Floorball League.

– The players and coaches do not need to choose the tactics, sticks, blades or shoes according to the playing arena, but can concentrate only on the game, he continues.

Financially the project is the biggest single investment in elite Floorball, totally it is a question of over 200.000 euros.

The Finnish Floorball Leagues is responsible for the investment costs and the clubs are responsible for the storage, care and installation for the games. The floor project is mainly financed through selling floor advertisements. The clubs also have the possibility to receive funding by selling floor ads.
