Do you want to make a complaint about a person whose conduct is subject to the IFF Code of Ethics?
The IFF Ethics Committee only has jurisdiction to deal with complaints involving the following persons:
- IFF Officials
- IFF Staff
- National Member Association officials
- National Member Association staff
- Participants, organisers and staff of international events (organised by, or on behalf of, IFF), in any capacity whatsoever, in particular Players and the Players’ Entourage

This form will only be received by members of the IFF Ethics Committee, however, in order to ensure we can properly investigate the complaint, we will require some form of contact information from you. The Ethics Committee will treat all information received in the highest confidence and will not reveal your identity without your consent, and then only to people who need to know it. The ETC will still access complaints submitted anonymously and if it contains important information that needs urgent action, the ETC will discuss the options available, however, without contact details it may be difficult for the matter to be pursued.
