The U19 WFC 2025 EUR2 Qualification event will be held in Latisana, Italy from 29th January – 2nd February, 2025 in conjunction with the Women’s WFCQ 2025 EUR2 event taking place at the same time in Lignano Sabbiadoro.
With the Men’s U19 WFC 2025 Qualifications all but complete there only remains 1 qualification event left in order to decide the final 2 teams to qualify for the final event in Zurich, Switzerland next April/May. 14 out of 16 teams confirmed with Canada, Estonia, Spain, Singapore and Australia joining the top 9 finishers from the 2023 U19 WFC in Frederikshavn, Denmark.
Competing in Latisana for the final 2 qualification spots in Switzerland will be Austria, Slovenia, Great Britain, hosts Italy, Netherlands and Ukraine. Austria and Slovenia will on paper be the favourites having appeared at the previous U19 WFC in Denmark, however as we saw in the EUR1 qualifications with Poland not qualifying, (who had the highest World ranking in their qualifications) it isn’t as easy as it seems on paper.
