The first European qualification event for the 13th Men’s U19 World Floorball Championships next April in Zurich, Switzerland will be played from 4th – 8th September 2024 at the Pruszcz Hala Widowiskowo – Sportowa in Pruszcz, Poland with 2 teams from these qualifications joining those that have previously qualified by finishing top 9 at the 2023 U19 WFC. Poland, Estonia, Belgium, Spain and France all compete over 5 days for 2 qualification spots for Zurich next year!

#16 Elias Nillson Wojotowicz – Swedish-born striker will be Poland’s secret weapon in this tournament. Qualifications in Pruszcz will be his official debut in the national team.
Who is a leader on and off the field and why?
#27 Kacper Szałański – The most experienced player in the team. Despite being only 18 years old, he has already played in 3 WFC (U19- Brno, Frederikshavn, Men – Zurich). Always with a positive approach and influence on his teammates on and off the field.
Most skillful player?
#15 Jakub Bieniasz-Krzywiec – An incredibly hard-working player who devoted hours in his garden to improving his skills. One of the future star of the Polish team.

#99 Jonatan Stachowiak – Player with excellent conditions to play at the highest level. Thanks to his diligence, modesty and self-confidence ha can motivate his teammates. Jonatan is a certain point of polish defense. He brings a lot of calm on the field.

The U19 National Team stands out for its unity and motivation. With talented players who combine game vision, technique, and shooting accuracy, they will play with a solid defense and a direct attack. In the upcoming tournament, the aim is to qualify for the 2025 World Championships final round with an unbreakable team cohesion. Spain will use each match as an opportunity to improve and show its character.

#6 Ignacio García – He has an innate talent for stick handling. He is a magical player who is able to use his body with intelligence for dribbling and pass his opponents. His speed and shot are exceptional too, so undoubtedly, Ignacio will be a key player for the team in this tournament.

#9 Sergio Sánchez – Sánchez is a exceptionally talented forward consistently creating scoring opportunities and challenging the defenses. However, he is also known for his great fair play and respect for his opponents. Sergio is the kind of player that everyone enjoys having on the field.

The French team is composed of various talented guys, with a perfect mix of rookies and experienced players (the ones who participated in the last WFCQ). Our whole team (players and staff) will be perfectly prepared, and are fully committed to give their best during the whole qualification week in Pruszcz, both on and off the field. For sure all will fully enjoy this great event!
