Lemberg Floorball Club emerged as the champions of Ukraine after a thrilling final match against Zgoda from Lviv. The decisive final game, held on May 19th, saw Lemberg secure their victory with a final score of 2-0, showcasing their dominance and experience.

This year, the highest league saw participation from eight teams, while nine teams competed in the first league of the men’s championship. The championship was structured across three main tours and culminated in an exciting playoff tour on the 18th and 19th of May. The playoff matches were held outside of Lviv at the Emily Resort sports complex.

The competition for the third place concluded with Storm from Ternopil clinching the bronze medal after a one-sided match against Skif with the convincing score 8-1.

 

 

For Lemberg Floorball Club the title was fourth in the club’s history. Congratulations to Lemberg Floorball Club on their remarkable achievement and to all the teams for their spirited performances throughout the tournament and especially under current circumstances in Ukraine. This championship highlights that floorball in Ukraine is alive, promising an exciting 2024-2025 season.
