The Ballot Draw for the Men’s World Floorball Championships 2024 in Malmö, Sweden will take place on Tuesday the 5th of March at Turning Torso in Malmö with all the draw being live streamed on the IFF app.

With 12 of the 16 teams now known for the 15th Men’s World Championships in December this year, the Ballot draw to decide the groups will take place on the 5th of March at 13:00 CET at the iconic Turning Torso in Malmö. The Pots are currently organised by World Ranking and can be seen below:

Hosts Sweden who automatically qualified were recently joined by Finland, Czechia, Switzerland, Latvia, Slovakia, Norway, Germany, Estonia, Denmark, Poland & Slovenia who all came through European Qualifications to stamp their ticket to biggest floorball party this coming Winter. Either Canada or the USA will join with the Americas Qualification set to take place on the weekend of February 17th-18th with the winner also securing qualification to The World Games 2025 in Chengdu, China. The final qualification spots will come from the AOFC (Asia-Oceania) region where 3 nations will qualify from their regional qualification event that will take place from the 21st of May.

The programme for the Ballot Draw at the Turning Torso in Malmö for the 5th of March is as follows:
11.30-12.45 Lunch
13.00-13.15 Introduction
13.15-13.30 Draw of group C and D
13.30-13.45 Draw of group A and B
13.45-14.00 Discussions on draw.
14.00-15.00 Media time for journalists on site
