The breakdown of all our qualification events for the 12th edition of The World Games in Chengdu, 2025 is as follows:
QUALIFICATIONS
WOMEN
EUROPE: Top 5 placed European teams at the IFF Women’s World Championships 2023
AMERICAS: Winner of TWG25 American Qualification event (Aug 2024)
ASIA-OCEANIA: Top 2 placed teams at the WFC 2025 AOFC Qualifications (Feb/Mar 2025)
MEN
EUROPE: Top 5 placed European teams at the IFF Men’s World Championships 2024
AMERICAS: Winner of WFC 2024 AMER Qualifications (Feb 2024)
ASIA-OCEANIA: Highest placed AOFC team at IFF Men’s World Championships 2024
China receive direct qualification for their men’s team as the host country.
We are thrilled that there will be both Men AND Women competing in China as Floorball expands to male and female competition with 8 teams in each.
Our first qualification event takes place in Singapore at the 2023 Women’s World Championships where the top 5 European teams will be the first to join China for 2025. Our men’s Qualifications start in 2024.
