We now know all the teams at the 11th Women’s U19 World Floorball Championships. Denmark, Italy and Hungary were the three top teams of the qualification event held in Besançon, France over the weekend and qualified for the final round in Lahti.
Denmark won all three matches in the U19 WFCQ and was the best team of the event. Italy finished second, winning to games and losing against Denmark. Hungary lost two games but by winning against France, qualified for U19 WFC 2024. For France, this was their first time participating in the Women’s U19 World Championships.

U19 WFC 2024
The U19 WFC Final round shall be played in 4 groups of 4 teams each. The forming of the groups shall be decided in a ballot based on the final rankings of the previous WU19 World Championships, where each group will be allotted two teams from each pot as follows:
Groups A & B
Pot 1: Ranking 1-4
Pot 2: Ranking 5-8
Groups C & D:
Pot 3: Ranking 9-12
Pot 4: Ranking 13-16
The group ballot will be held on Saturday 2nd September in conjunction with the Nordic Challenge event between Finland & Sweden.
