Around 50 students and athletes attended the floorball camp held in Treichville sports centre on Saturday January 23rd. 

Côte d’Ivoire Floorball Federation (FIFL) has organised a training camp in line with its goals to develop floorball in the region.

– One of the main goals of the camp was to prepare the athletes for the new season 2020-2021 after several months without activity due to the global pandemic and its was also an opportunity for some students to discover and be introduced to floorball. About fifty participants took part in the floorball camp, says Cote d’Ivoire Floorball Federation President Marcel Wadja.

The camp was led mainly by coaches Ettien Roger and Koffi Huberson, this session consisted of three parts. The first two (2) parts concerned the athletes of the different clubs. They updated their knowledge of floorball and physical activities. Finally, the students of the “collège Moderne d’autoroute” were able to discover the basics of floorball.

 

Côte d’Ivoire Floorball elected FIFL Medical Committee members
The Central Board of FIFL had elected Doctor Yeo Devaga Kévin and the Physiotherapist Alla Nansiassou to the FIFL Medical Committee.
