The first Finnish Super Cup was played on Saturday 12th of September at Ideapark Lempäälä. SB-Pro took home the women’s final and Classic the men’s final.
PSS – SB-Pro 4-5
In the beginning of the match, PSS had control of the game and they scored three goals in the first 20 minutes. After two periods, they were still in 4-2 lead, but could not hold it in the last period. SB-Pro came back to the game and the winning goal was scored by Meri-Helmi Höynälä on the 57th minute.

Classic – Nokian KrP 11-3
In the men’ final, the reigning champion Classic, showed that they are ready for the new season. The first period between the teams was even but in the second period Classic got too far. Ville Lastikka and Sami Johansson both finished a hat-trick and it was a clear 11-3 win for Classic.
