The match schedule for the Men’s World Floorball Championships 2020 has been published and the ticket sales for the WFC 2020 preliminary round will start on May 15th. Check the match schedule here!
– Already during the opening weekend we will see exciting matches. We will also make an unprecedented investment in the opening ceremony, so make sure not to miss it! The opening weekend ticket package includes three days and 18 games for the floorball community to enjoy, says Hanne Pirkola, Event Director for the WFC 2020.
The 13th Men’s World Championships are played December 4th – 12th in Helsinki, Finland, with 16 teams and a total of 48 games. The opening weekend will offer many exciting matches as Finland and Sweden meet on Saturday, while Czech Republic and Switzerland play against each other on Sunday. The preliminary round and quarter-finals are played in the Helsinki Ice Hall. The WFC 2020 semi-finals and medal games are played in Hartwall Arena.
The ticket sales for the preliminary round and quarter-finals will begin at 9.00 am (local time) on May 15th, 2020. All tickets are sold as daily tickets, so the same ticket will allow access to all games played that day. There are no tickets available for specific games. Tickets for the Men’s World Floorball Championships are sold by Ticketmaster.
In addition to daily tickets, there is a three-day ticket package for the opening weekend as well as the Follow Your Team ticket for the Finnish fans. This ticket includes all four days of Team Finland’s game days at the Helsinki Ice Hall. A Venue Pass is also available, which allows access to all matches played in the Helsinki Ice Hall, regardless of the day. In addition, tickets for the Final Weekend are also available.
