The 30th Southeast Asian (SEA) Games will be organised in Manila, Philippines. The floorball competition will be played between 25th of November and 1st of December. 

The SEA Games, is a biennial multi-sport event involving participants from the current 11 countries of Southeast Asia. The games is under regulation of the Southeast Asian Games Federation with supervision by the International Olympic Committee and the Olympic Council of Asia.

Floorball has been featured in the SEA Games since 2013, when it was a demonstration sport. In Singapore 2015, floorball made its debut as the official SEA Games sport. Then the host country Singapore won both the women’s and men’s floorball competition. Singapore also won the Men’s AOFC Cup earlier this year, when they stayed undefeated and beat Thailand 17-1 in the final.

In this year’s SEA Games, floorball is played in both women’s & men’s divisions with five countries: Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore and Thailand. More information will follow closer to the event.
