The Disciplinary Anti-Doping Commission of Latvia has made a decision regarding the Latvian Floorball Union athlete Linda Dadajeva. Dadajeva tested positive for meldonium on 13h of April 2019 and has been suspended for four (4) years.

On 13th May, 2019, the Bureau Anti-Doping Bureau of Latvia sent a statement concerning the results of the laboratory and the compulsory temporary prohibition
(provisional suspension), and on 2nd of July 2019 Disciplinary Anti-Doping Commission of Latvia decided that the athlete should be suspended for four (4) years. The disqualification began 13th of April 2019 and ends 12th of April 2023*. The Latvian Floorball Union announced the sanction on August 7th 2019.

*The original ineligibility period was 15th of May 2019 and ends on 14th of May 2023, which was amended by the Appeal Commission of Latvia
