Burkina Faso won the women´s final and Nigeria won the men´s final in the first ever Africa Floorball Cup. The Africa Floorball Cup 2018 was played in 14th – 16th September in Abidjan, Côte d´Ivoire.

Three teams participated in the women´s tournament, Burkina Faso, Côte d´Ivoire and Mali. Burkina Faso played strong throughout the tournament and met Côte d’Ivoire in the women´s final. In the final, Burkina Faso continued to outplay their opponents and could secure the first Africa Floorball Cup victory with a 5-0 result.

Four teams played in the men´s tournament: Burkina Faso, Côte d´Ivoire, Nigeria and Togo. Burkina Faso also made it  to the men´s final where they played against Nigeria. Nigeria was the stronger team and could win the tight match 3-1.
