The 12th National Floorball Championship for U14 Boys and Girls was successfully organised by Indian Floorball Federation (InFF) & hosted by Karnataka Floorball Association at “THE FLOORBALL ARENA” – Dr. Sri Sri Shivakumara Swamiji Stadium, Bengaluru 30th of September – 2nd October 2017.
The chief guest of Opening Ceremony was Mr. Atul Gupta, President, InFF. In his inaugural speech he emphasized the need for practice and discipline. Guests of Honor were Dr. Pradeep Singh – General Secretary, InFF, Sri KM Jayaram – Chairman, Surya Petroleum, Sri Ravi Chetan – Cine Artist and Sri Subhash Chandra – Tresurer, InFF.
The Chief guest in the Closing Ceremony was Sri Narendra Babu – Ex. MLA. The guest of honours were both from the InFF as well as from Karnataka State Floorball Association.
The games being inaugurated by traditional lighting of the lamp.
According to the InFF, most of the matches were truly competitive and it was encouraging to see the younger generation having a professional attitude towards the matches.
