After the first round of the Women´s Championship in Ukraine, Yantar from Novojavorsk is in the lead.
On the 8th-9th of October, the first out of the three regular rounds of Women´s Championship in Ukraine was played in the city of Lutsk. Yantar is currently in the lead. Last season Yantar came fourth in the league after they lost to Skif in the bronze match. Reigning champion Skala is currently third. This season 5 teams registered for the Women´s Championship in Ukraine.
