The newest IFF Member, the Lithuanian Floorball Federation, has launched the first ever Lithuanian National Championship during last weekend.

The 2010 championship will be a 2 round tournament (during Spring-Autumn) and will have 5 teams competing to become the first Lithuanian champions.

On May 15th the first two matches took place. Team Rykliai defeated team SK Ardas with 6-1, and team Perkunas won team Vilkai with 3-1. Team FLC Vilnius UV will join the tournament in the next match played on the 22nd of May.

The Lithuanian Floorball Federation´s website www.lgrf.lt  has also been updated will all the information and statics from the champioship matches.
