A new CB has been elected in the Spanish Floorball Association after their annual Assembly last Friday. In the Spanish Leagues CUF Leganes has won the Women´s Championship and CUF Leganes can win yet another trophy if the Men´s team will win UHK Madrid in the Finals.

• Mr. Juan Antonio Roldan has been elected as President
• Mr. Victor Sanchez and Mr. Antonio Bayon as Vice-Presidents
• Mr. Carlos Lopez As General Secretary

The Spanish Floorball Association is now totally focused in the promotion of floorball in different towns in Spain and also working for the recognition by the Spanish Sport Authorities.

CUF Leganes and UHK Madrid in the Men´s Final

This year there has been the best competition ever in the Spanish National League with tight matches, but in the end the two final teams from last year made it to this year´s final as well. During the weekend the Men´s Semi-finals were played and CUF Leganes will play the Finals against UHK Madrid. Both teams defeated their Semi-final opponents ADIL and CUF Fuengirola with 2 – 0.

The two first matches will be played in Leganes on the 22nd and 23rd of May. If necessary the third match will be played in the UHK Madrid Arena on the 29th of May.

CUF Leganés has already won the Women´s League Championship and will therefore have the right to participate to Women´s EFC Qualifications in August.
