Before this decisive match, neither of the teams had yet lost a single point in these championships.

There were 3 110 spectators following the B-division final in the O2 Arena and the fans got to enjoy a floorball match with open doors. Both teams seemed to concentrate more on the offensive play and a total of 18 goals were scored.

The match was divided into three stages were Germany and especially Dominic Mucha and Manuel Mucha dominated the first 20 minutes.

Poland dominated the first half of the second period and evened the score in 27.12, but the second half of the period was all Germany´s and before the end of the intermission Germany had stretched their lead to 9-4.

Oliwer Wronski and Mattias Mikulski could get Poland back to 6-9, but that was as close as the Polish got and Germany won the final with 11-7 and will play in the WFC 2010 in Finland.

Manuel Mucha and Oliwer Wronski were awarded as best players.
