London Vikings won the British Championship title in the beginning of May 2008 at Stratford-Upon-Avon.

This is the third time that London Vikings won the national championship title. This year the victorious team scored 52 times in the five final tournament games and they got the first five spots on the top scorers list.

The final was really entertaining with classy play between London Vikings and Cotswald Cobras, where London Vikings were better with their great finishing. The final score was 8-2.

Earlier in the afternoon Cobras defeated Brighton Rock and Vikings defeated Balwearie Thunder in the semi finals. In a medal bronze game Brighton emerged as winners over Thunder.
