SSV won the Finnish Championships yesterday by defeating SC Classic clearly in the third final game. Therefore SSV also reclaimed their place in the next EuroFloorball Cup. SSV crushed SC Classic with the result 14-2. It is the eighth time for SSV to win the gold medals.

SC Classic was defenseless against SSV who played the best game during the season. The score was 3-0 already after six minutes being played in the first period. SC Classic had chances to score on power play but was only able to hit the goal post twice. In the end of the first period SSV increased their lead to 5-0 and the game seemed to be all wrapped up. In the second period SC Classic managed to score twice but couldn´t reach the level of their opponent in order to win the match. SSV scored five times in the period and four times in the last period. Tero Tiitu with his three goals, Lauri Kapanen and the goalkeeper Henri Toivoniemi were awarded the best players of the match.
