The number of doping tests conducted in floorball increased in 2007 both in the IFF events and in the IFF´s member associations.
In 2007 there were 44 tests conducted in the IFF events (Women´s WFC, Men´s U19 WFC and EC 2007) compared to 34 tests in 2006.
The IFF member associations also annually report the national level doping control activities to the IFF. All in all there were 242 in competition tests and 322 out of competition tests carried out in the floorball nations. In 2006 the numbers were 144 (in competition) and 171 (out of competition).

In 2007 there were two positive tests (Czech Republic, Germany), resulting from the use of Cannabis, leading to a three months and a six months suspension.
