The IFF Central Board decided in its previous meeting in Vantaa, Finland, on the 12th of January to form a working group, which would have the task to discuss and define the “raison d’être” for IFF, the strategic direction and the objectives for the development of Floorball over the next coming decade. The strategical working group, is to bring forward a proposal for a Strategic Plan for the IFF to the IFF CB. The working group will work with this task on a project basis.
The IFF Executive Committee will act as a steering committee for the working group. The idea is to consider the coming vision and the social tendencies and trends of Floorball as well as the tasks of IFF are in the coming situation, taking into account our social responsibility, our competitiveness and the integration of the sport.
The following persons have been appointed, upon proposals from the different member federations:

The working group will be headed by Mr. Renato Orlando, IFF vice president and Mr. John Liljelund will act as vice chair. The first meeting of the working group will be held on the 8th of April.
