The Swiss Floorball Federation (SUHV) has at their “Verbandsratssitzung” during the Euro Floorball Tour tournamnet in Zurich last weekend, elected Mr. Edwin Wiedmer as the new president of the SUHV.

Mr. Wiedmer, who is 57 years of age and living in Zuchwil, where the previous Men´s U19 was played, has for the last 12 years been working as a head of an IT-service centre. Mr. Wiedmer has held a number of different positions inside Swiss Floorball before being elected as the president of SUHV. Mr. Wiedmer will step into office immediately, since Mr. Thomas Gilardi, the vice president of SUHV, has acted as president since the last SUHV General Assembly until now.
