Also the Men´s final was a really close and exciting match as AIK retained their championship title after a golden goal scored by the defender Fredrik Djurling after a precise pass from behind the goal post.

The first period was as tight at it could be, both teams defended very well and the game was still 0-0 after 20 minutes. Also the shots on goal were even 9-9.

The first goal of the match was scored by Conny Vesterlund from AIK, but in 31.30 Warberg´s Karl-Johan Karlsson scored a pretty goal straight from a lifted pass evening the score to 1-1. The defensive play was consistent from both sides and neither team could score any additional goals in the regular playtime. During the last minute of the overtime AIK scored the golden goal and won the EFC title. Read more here.
