The 6th Presidential meeting was held during the Women´s World Floorball Championships in Frederikshavn, Denmark on the 18th of May.

The Presidents and Secretary Generals of the national associations gathered in Denmark to discuss the recent development of Floorball and to outline the route for the coming year.

The Presidential meeting is held during the Women’s World Championships, in order to keep up the contact between the member associations and the IFF.

This year the issues touched upon were mainly the Floorball development of the IFF´s present member associations and the support to new Floorball countries. Also the IOC recognition process and the measures needed to be taken in relation to that were presented.

In addition the changes in the International Competition Calendar and its effect on the member associations and the new guidelines for the Anti-Doping work within Floorball were discussed. The IFF also introduced the new Statistical program for organisers of IFF events.
