Sweden won this year’s tournament in three categories out of four. The final standing was 10-2 to Sweden.
The Women’s U19 match was still tight after the first period but in the second period the Swedish team got in to a comfortable lead and finally won the match 8-1. The Swedes took a third point by also winning the penalty shoot out. This match was watched by 766 spectators.
In the second match, Sweden’s Under 19 Men’s team got into a huge 7-1 lead already during the first period.
Kim Nilsson scored five goals and Jonas Adriansson four goals for Sweden and also the penalty shoot out was won 4-1 by Sweden. An amount of 1789 spectators followed this match.
The Swedish and Finnish women’s teams offered an entertaining game for the over 3000 spectators in the arena. This game was much tighter than the previous matches of the day although Sweden won the match 3-0 with the last goal scored in an empty net. Finland also had many good opportunities to score, but Sofia Pettersson was excellent in the goal. The penalty shoot out was won 3-1 by Sweden.
Also the last match was a tight and entertaining one, as usual when the Men’s teams from Sweden and Finland meet. Both teams scored in turns and when the final whistle was blown the match was a tie, 5-5. The penalty shoot out was won by Finland 2-0. This final match of the day gathered 3768 spectators to SkyCom Arena.
