History was made on Wednesday evening in the Finnish F-liiga, when Henri Johansson from Nokian KrP became the first player to reach 1000 regular season points. Johansson got the final point when he assisted the 3-0 goal in the away game against Steelers. In total he finished 2+2 points when Nokian KrP won 9-5. 

Henri Johansson now has 1002 points (582+420) from 469 regular season matches. He did his first league debut in 2002, represented Classic for seven years until 2009 and has played in Nokian KrP since then. The season 2011-2012 was his most productive when he scored a record number of goals and points, 91 points in total (62+29). Johansson also holds the records for most goals in one game (9, shared with Lasse Riitesuo) and most points in one game (10, shared with Riitesuo and Sami Johansson).

Johansson has also represented Finland in international events. In 2010, he was winning the gold medal from the Men’s World Floorball Championships and in 2003 from U19 World Floorball Championship. He has two Finnish league silver medals but is still chasing his first Finnish league title.
