China’s third season of the Oriental Cup Floorball League 2019/2020 ended successfully in Shanghai City on the 1st of November.

The finals of the Oriental Cup Floorball League 19 /20 was played at the Shanghai University Sports Center. The Oriental Cup Floorball League is endorsed by the Asian Oceania Floorball Confederation (AOFC), organised by Sport100 (Shanghai) Co. Ltd., and c-organised by Donghua University and University of Shanghai For Science and Technology.

– Since the league started on 29th of September 2019, there have been more than 220 registered players taking part in the league. The original plan was to hold 18 rounds of 81 matches. However, due to the covid-19, the league was temporarily suspended after eight rounds of competition, and finally it was decided to directly continue with the play-offs on the 1st of November 2020 according to the  regular season ranking, says Mr Yuan Yong, Vice President of China Floorball Union.

After fierce competition, Shanghai Sharks floorball club won the championship, SUS (Shanghai University of Sports) floorball club finished second, and Wolves club took the third place.
