The regular season is over in both the Men’s and Women’s Paf saalihokiliiga in Estonia. Men’s semi-finals have already started and Women’s first semi-final matches will be played this Friday.

Men’s play-offs

In the Men’s league, Sparta team Automaailm won the regular season with 34 points and TalTech was second with 29 points. The U17 national team also participated in the Men’s league in order to start the preparations for the 2020 U19 WFC qualifications. Top scorer of the regular season was Tanel Kasenurm with 35 points (17 goals + 18 assists).

The four league teams continued to the semi-finals which are played with best of five system.

Semi-final pairs:
Sparta team Automaailm – Eesti Maaülikooli SK (2-0)
TalTech – Jõgeva SK Tähe/Olivia (1-0)

The first semi-final matches were played last Friday. Sparta team Automaailm won the first two matches and took a 2-0 lead in the semi-final series. TalTech won their first match against Jõgeva SK Tähe/Olivia. Like the semi-finals, the final is also played with best of five system.

Women’s play-offs

In the women’s league, the regular season ended last weekend. Eesti Maaülikooli SK won the regular season with 29 points. Sparta was second with 25 points. Top scorer of the regular season was Sirli Nellis with 33 points (20 goals + 13 assists). The semi-finals will start on 15th of March.

Semi-final pairs:
Eesti Maaülikooli SK – Kaitseliidu Rapla Malev
Sparta – SK LINK/Saku

The semi-finals are played with best of five system and the Estonian Champion will be decided in one single match.
