This weekend from 17th to 19th of April, the semi-finals of the Ukrainian Championship will be played in Zaporizhia.
After the regular season the best four teams qualified for the semi-finals where the first placed team will played against the fourth placed team and the second against the third placed team. The semi-final series will be played as best of three series in the Women’s League, Men’s Highest League and Men’s First League Championships.
The reigning champions are the favourites for the weekend in both Women’s and the Men’s league. In the Women’s league it’s the Skif Novij Rosdol and in the Men’s Highest league the Lemberg Lviv. In the Men’s First league it’s an open story. Also the new format with best of three matches could perhaps offer some surprises.
