Cecilia Di Nardo from Denmark is the new leading goal scorer in the Women’s World Floorball Championships. She now has 47 goals scored in 33 WFC matches during 2009-2019.

Before today’s match against Singapore, Di Nardo was missing five goals from setting the new record. She went on to score four goals during the first 25 minutes and the fifth one in the 55th minute.

The previous record belonged to the Swiss Corin Ruttimann, who has 46 goals scored in 33 matches. Will she take back the title in today’s quarter-final against Latvia?
