At the Women’s World Championships in Neuchâtel there is a fan zone for spectators with various attractions and food. On some days, special events will take place.
What do you do between the games? Where to buy fan merchandise? Where to buy some delicious food? The answer is: in the fan zone. The local organiser FSG Corcelles-Cormondrèche has collected money via the crowdfunding platform «I believe in you» to give the fans a great stay in Neuchâtel. In front of the main hall Patinoires du Littoral, there will be a tent on the parking lot. There, the spectators can stay the whole day during the World Championships (the fan zone opens one hour before the first game). Among other things, there is a fan shop with shirts of the Swiss national team as well as World Championships souvenirs such as shirts, socks, scarves etc. Floorball items can be purchased at the Unihoc stand, and if you would like a Mobiliar top scorer shirt, you can have your name printed on it for CHF 5.00 from Monday to Sunday. On weekends, Concordia will be next to the Swerink stand, with a contest and giveaways. During the week, Floorball4all will have a speed-shoot facility that will certainly attract the school classes.
Silent and Vintage Party
Of course, there will be plenty of food and snacks in the tent, such as steak vigneron, pizza or raclette. The tables will be set aside in the evening to make room for dancing. A DJ will entertain you until the late hours of the night. On the opening day, December 7, as well as on December 13, there will be two special events: a Silent Party and a Vintage Party.
