Men’s World Floorball Championship games were kicked off on December 3rd. President of the Finnish Floorball Federation, Risto Kauppinen, and Secretary General of International Floorball Federation (IFF), John Liljelund opened the ceremony by welcoming the crowd.

The entertainment part started with the participating countries being introduced to Takomo’s beat and with the help of glowing drumsticks. Afterwards, Swedish pop legend Pandora together with Every Green in May  joined Takomo and performed the tournament anthem, “More”. During the flashy show, home team Finland and team Denmark arrived on the field, ready for the evening’s main game.
