Team NFFR came out strong in their final game of the group stages in the WFC 2021 and got a decisive win over team Estonia with the final result reading 6-3 to team NFFR. 

Team NFFR opened the scoring against team Estonia after eight minutes of playing time in the first period. However, team Estonia managed to equalize and after one period the score was 1-1 in a very even game.

In the second period team NFFR took over the game and scored three goals before the periods end. 4-1 then became 6-3 in the third period and team NFFR ended the group stages with a decisive win. 

– It was a tough game for our team, said Vera Pelevina. 

Team Estonias Edith Prank scored two goals during the game and was also named MVP for Team Estonia. After the game she explained how much it meant for her to score the goals. 

– It means very much to me because I score for Estonia and it’s amazing, said Edith Parnik. 

MVP for team Estonia was Edith Parnik. MVP for team NFFR was Anastasiia Skirdenko.
