The new dates for the Men’s Floorball Championships were set by IFF Central Board on its meeting on the 29th of September. Men’s WFC will be played December 3rd – 11th in Helsinki, Finland.

The board of the Finnish Floorball Federation applied earlier this autumn postponement for the championship tournament due to the travel restrictions, quarantine orders, health and other risks concerning the COVID-19 pandemic.

The venues of the WFC remain the same. The preliminary round and quarter-finals will be played in the Helsinki Ice Hall and the final weekend will take place in Hartwall Arena.

Changes to the match schedule are possible

Because of the new dates of the WFC2020, some changes to the match schedule are possible. During the preliminary round, Team Finland will play on Friday 3.12.2021, Saturday 4.12.2021 and Sunday 5.12.2021. The final match schedule will be published in spring 2021.

All purchased tickets will be valid also at next year’s tournament. Tickets can also be refunded. All those who have already purchased tickets will be contacted during October.
