*CANCELLED* World University Championship 2020

Due to COVID-19, the World University Floorball Championships 2020 have been CANCELLED. 

The International University Sports Federation (FISU) in co-operation with the Floorball Association of Slovenia, University Sports Association of Primorska and IFF will organise the 2020 World University Championship in Koper, Slovenia.

Borut Mavsar, President of the Floorball Association of Slovenia: “For the Floorball Association of Slovenia, this represents a major step forward, especially in the recognition of this sport in Slovenia. Our medium-term goal is to popularize the sport, to gain both young and recreational athletes, and above all to present the sport in all regions of Slovenia where it is not present today.”

To participate a student must be a national of the country for which he or she is performing. Registration to WUC is open both for women’s & men’s teams, consisting of students born between 01.01.1995 – 31.12.2020
