International transfers continues all summer as players change clubs and get ready for the new season ahead. This week we take a look at some more big transfers from across Europe.

Alligator Malans sign some BIG names

UHC Alligator Malans are stocking up on some serious talent for the upcoming season. Kicking things off with 4x World Champion, 2x The World Games Gold Medalist and 5x Champions Cup winner Rasmus EnströmAfter 15 years at Falun the former 2 time World Player of the Year in 2013 and 2015 steps away from Sweden and the SSL to head south to Switzerland. As previously mentioned in our transfer articles, Swiss sides are attracting more and more talent in both the Men’s and Women’s game and this is another statement signing heading for the Swiss U-PL. Joining Enström are 2 other Czech names who head over from some of the most successful Czech sides. Martin Gattnar and Martin Šindelář join Enström from Vitkovice and Tatran Stresovice respectively. Gattnar recently represented Czechia at the 2023 U19 WFC and also made his senior national team debut this year during the WFC qualifications where he scored 5 goals and 6 points in 4 matches. Šindelář also moves over from Czechia to Switzerland after impressing for several years at Tatran Stresovice. Last season was a special one as Tatran managed to complete the Treble winning both the Czech Cup and Czech playoff title alongside a great Champions Cup title, proving themselves to be the best team in the world last season. Šindelář was a key man in their Champions Cup campaign particularly in the first round against Köniz Bern and also made his Czech national team debut during WFC Qualifications earlier this year in Poland alongside Gattnar.

Young defensive reinforcements for Jönköpings IK

Jönköpings IK snuck into the playoffs last season by finishing 8th before falling to Storvreta in the first round. Some more firepower and talent is therefore needed to start their potential push towards the top of the SSL. Czech defender Martin Čermák makes the move over from Treble winning side Tatran Stresovice for a new, Swedish challenge. Čermák is an U19 World Champion back from when the Czech team won gold in 2021 in Brno and makes the move over to the SSL to help his new side on the defensive side and for himself to gain some more playtime as his minutes diminished for Tatran during the season. Alongside a new defender is a new goalkeeper in Swiss Alessio Mura. Mura has been part of Köniz Bern for several seasons, mainly as part of their U21 side and was also involved in the Swiss U19 squad for the 2023 U19 WFC where he achieved Silver. Despite only being 20 years of age Mura will move abroad as he looks to challenge himself against some of the best attackers in the world, in the SSL.

2 new Slovak Bulldogs in Brno

Czech top division side Bulldog Brno are getting 2 new Slovak players in from just across the border for the upcoming season. Captain of the Slovak Women’s U19 team that just finished 5th at the recent 2024 U19 WFC in Lahti, Hana Vendzurova makes the move over from NTS FK-ZS Nemsova who despite winning the Slovak regular season could not make it past the semifinals in the playoffs. Despite being young Vendzurova has already shown composure, skill and leadership and has a bright future ahead of her in the floorball world. Another Slovak from the U19 Women’s team that competed in Lahti is goalkeeper Romana Velekova. Velekova also played last season with Nemsova alongside Vendzurova. Velekova started 2 of Slovakia’s 4 matches in Lahti and is another young promising player to come out of Slovakia. It will be decided in preseason whether the 2 new additions to the squad will be with the main team or the juniors for the upcoming season.
